OJT Weekly Report: Week 11

The eleventh week of my internship at the ICTO was characterized by a steady workflow centered on administrative technical support and inter-departmental coordination. As is our established protocol, the week commenced on Monday with the management of the QR code attendance scanning system for the city’s weekly Flag Raising Ceremony.
While the overall pace of the week was less intensive than previous field deployments, I was tasked with several essential office visits to facilitate the processing of technical documentation. A key responsibility during these visits involved the distribution and collection of computer specification pre-evaluation forms. This task is a vital component of the LGUs IT procurement process, as it ensures that hardware upgrades and new equipment requests are technically vetted to meet the specific operational demands of each department. My involvement in this process allowed me to observe the systematic way the ICTO evaluates hardware requirements before acquisition.
The week concluded with a Saturday service on April 25, during which we focused on internal office tasks and documentation management.
