The fourth week of my internship at the ICTO involved a balance of digital attendance management, inter-office coordination, and specialized system planning. Following our established Monday routine, I assisted in the QR code scanning for the LGU's weekly Flag Raising Ceremony, ensuring the digital attendance logs were accurately updated for all participating employees.
Throughout the week, I served as a technical and administrative liaison, visiting various LGU offices to process and submit official documents from the ICTO. These tasks provided me with a broader perspective on the administrative procedures and documentation standards required within a government setting.
A significant portion of my week was dedicated to the PDAO ID Automation System. I spent time coordinating closely with the Persons with Disability Affairs Office to refine the system’s logic and ensure it aligns with their specific data requirements. This collaborative process is essential to building a user-centric application that will truly streamline their ID issuance process.
